Discussion on How to Improve the Scientific Research Innovation Ability of Medical Graduates

培养兼备科研能力的医学创新人才,既是时代的呼唤,也是医学发展的现实需要。然而,我国医学研究生存在科研创新能力不足的问题。影响研究生创新能力的因素很多,既有培养模式、课程设置、导师队伍等外在因素,也有研究生自身内在因素。因此,应采取相应措施,有效提高医学研究生的科研创新能力。

To cultivate innovative medical talents with scientific research ability is not only the call of the times,but also the objective demand of requirement of medical development. However,the innovative scientific research abilities of Chinese medical postgraduates are low. There are quite a lot influencing factors,involving external factors including training mode,curriculum and tutor team,and internal factors of graduate students. Therefore,some appropriate improvements should be taken to effectively improve the scientific research innovation of medical graduates.
