摘要
本文对陕西中医学院英语系医学英语教师职后教育的目标确立与策略实施进行了简要的介绍与探讨,以期能够给其他院校专业英语教师的职后教育提供一定的借鉴。
The paper introduces the post- employment education of medical English teachers' goal-setting and strategy- implementing in English Department of Shanxi University of Chinese Medicine,in hoping to offer some good suggestions on post- employment education of professional English teachers to other universities.
