以"中国梦,教师梦"为主线,调查高校青年教师思想政治建设现状,比照当前社会对高校青年教师的要求,分析目前存在的主要问题及原因,以管理心理学的相关内容为突破口,将"中国梦"与"教师梦"相结合,提出加强高校青年教师思想政治建设的可行途径,保证高校育人的社会主义方向,培养高素质人才,为实现中华民族伟大复兴的"中国梦"贡献应有的力量。
