中医学(针灸临床方向)专业学生就业期望的调查研究

A Research with the Employment Expectations of Graduates Which Major Chinese Medicine( Clinical Acupuncture&Moxibustion Direction)

为更好了解该专业学生就业期望,有针对性地开展就业服务,通过问卷调查法对广州中医药大学中医学(针灸临床方向)学生进行研究,结果显示三甲医院深受本专业学生青睐,发展前景以及兴趣是学生在选择工作时比较看重的因素。建议政府加快医疗改革,加大对基层医疗行业的支持和投资,加强就业指导,帮助学生树立正确的求职观。

To understand the employment expectations of graduates comprehensively and in connection with their expectations to develop the employment services regularly,we have a research with the graduates from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine which study in Chinese Medicine( Clinical Acupuncture&Moxibustion direction). According to the result of the questionnaire,we found that the A- class hospital's popularity extended deeper beyond other organization and most graduates focus on the future prospects and interest when they have to choose. Our suggestion is that the government should to step up the pace of health care reform and increase the investment of grass- roots medical care. Moreover,the employment guide system must be perfected and the service function be reinforced to help graduates set up correct view of employment.
