基于心理资本开发的大学生心理健康教育课程教学改革模式的构建

Construction on Curriculum Teaching Reform Mode of Mental Health Education for College Students from the Development of Psychological Capital

大学生心理健康教育是高校思想政治工作的主要组成部分,是素质教育的重要方面。本文从积极心理学的视角,结合时代发展需求以及90后大学生的身心特点,以开发学生心理资本为目标,对大学生心理健康教育课程的教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、评价方式、教学效果进行了理论的构建和实践应用的阐述。

College students' mental health education is an organic part of higher education,is an important aspect of quality education. The paper is from the perspective of positive psychology,combined with the time development needs,and the physical and mental characteristic of 90 college students',with the goal of development students' psychological capital,construction of theory and practical application from the teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching methods, evaluation methods, the teaching effect of college students' mental health education curriculum.
