医学教育的根本目的是为社会提供优质的医药卫生人力资源,而七年制教育是中医药教育培养高素质中医人才的重要形式。为适应医疗改革和中医卫生事业发展的需要,探索以3+4的新模式即采用"先中后西、全程临床、科研前移、对接规培"的教学体系,推行"三个结合",突出"四个加强",从而培养出一批中医基础扎实,临床能力突出,科研创新精神强的高素质中医人才。

The fundemental purpose of medical education is to provide the high quality human resources for the society,the seven- year- system medical education is an important form of cultivating high- quality talents of Chinese medicine by Traditional Chinese Medicine education. In order to adapt to the need for Chinese medical and health undertakings development,the subject explor the new model 3 +4,which means'three combinations''four to strengthen',with 'TCM first and Western second,clinical studying through whole course,scientific research in advance,connected with standardized residents training'teaching system.
