本科教育后期临床教学引入住院医师规范化培训理念的相关性研究

本研究通过比较本科教育后期临床教学中引入住院医师规范化培训理念与原有实习培训制度的差异发现,中医学本科后期临床教学中加入新设计的实习质量管理文件,可显著提升毕业学生的考试成绩,增强专业知识技能,并使基地带教水平得到进一步提高和完善。

The study found that,compared whith the clinical teaching plus the concept of resident standardization training and the original practice training system,the former can significantly improve graduate students' test scores,enhance professional knowledge and skills,and can further enhance and improve the teaching level of clinical bases.
