论周末见习对在校医学生临床实践能力的影响

Influence of the Weekend Trainee to Medical Students' Clinical Skills

目的:针对现阶段在校医学生课堂与实践不相结合的问题,为适应发展需求,我校临床医学院对岐黄学堂学生开展附属医院周末见习活动,深入分析周末见习对在校医学生临床实践能力的价值体现。方法:通过周末见习,将中医、西医临床课程,从学校搬到医院,从教室搬到病房,从大班变成小组,与在校未参与周末见习的医学生存在一定差距,提升了见习同学在课程上未学到的临床实践能力。结果:取得了具有中医特色的临床实践效果,为之后继续发展岐黄周末见习提供了有力支持。结论:基于2013-2014学年岐黄周末见习开展情况,证明是可行的,有持续发展性的。

Results: made of the clinical practice has Chinese characteristics,in order to continue to develop after the weekend Qihuang trainee to provide a strong support. Conclusion: 2013-2014 school year based on the development situation trainee Qihuang weekend proved to be feasible and sustainable in nature.
