以临床思维和实践能力培养为导向的中医内科实训教学方法初探

Research on Teaching Method of Internal Medicine of TCM Practice with Orientation of Development of Clinical Thinking and Practical Capability

为进一步深化医学教育改革,培养学生的动手能力,近年来我校针对七年制中医学专业学生开设了《中医内科临床实训》课程,加强对学生中医内科临床思维能力和实践能力的培养。该课程在以往教学门诊的基础上加以改良,将四诊资料收集、辨证拟方、抓药煎煮、随访等教学内容融为一体,突出诊疗的完整性,提高了医学生临床实习前实际动手能力,为更有效地临床实习作准备,为将来开展研究工作打下良好的基础。

To reinforcement the development of abilitity of internal medicine of TCM clinical thinking and practice of students,we provided practicum of internal medicine of TCM for seven- years TCM majors. Improving the teaching clinic,in close combination with gathering information of four diagnostic methods,differentiation and prescription,decocting herbs,follow- up observation,to emphasis on diagnosis an treat integrity,to enhance the ability of operation of students,to prepare for hospital training,to lay foundation for future project.
