中医妇科学“3+X”实验教学模式的探索

摘要 中医妇科学是一门实践性极强的临床学科,实验教学是医学教育的重要组成部分。然而实验教学目前存在方式单一,内容简单、教学目的含糊不清,缺乏完整教学模式的现状。本研究意在形成一套以病—证—机—治—案相结合;相关学科知识交叉融合;临床科研能力并进加学生终极考核的"3+X"实践教学新模式。该教学模式对学生综合素质的提高和创新能力的培养,丰富教学资源,充实教学内容,深化学科交流,提升学科实验教学水平具有十分重要的意义。 Gynecology of TCM is a clinical discipline that attaches great importance to practic,Experimental teaching is an important part of medical education. However,there still exist current situations such as single form,simple content,ambiguous pedagogical purpose and absence of complete teaching mode in present experimental teaching. This study aims to form a set of new '3 + X ' experimental teaching model that include the combination of disease- syndrome- pathogenesis- therapy- medical record,crossing and integration among the related disciplinary knowledge,clinical competence and scientific research ability advance side by side. This teaching model plays an important role in improving the comprehensive quality and innovation ability of students,ricing instructional resources,enrichment the teaching content,deepening the subject communication,enhancing the level of experimental teaching.
