高等中医药院校教师教学能力基本构成要素分析

Analysis on the Basic Constituent Elements on Teaching Ability of College Teachers of Traditional Chinese Medicine

高校教师的教学能力是影响教育质量的主要因素,研究高校教师教学能力的内涵和基本构成要素,对提升教育质量有重要意义。笔者认为具有中国传统文化和哲学底蕴、知识系统化和更新能力、培养学生自主学习能力、教学设计和创新能力、现代化教育技术运用能力是构成高等中医药院校教师教学能力的基本要素。

College teachers' teaching ability is the main factor influencing the quality of education.And it is important to research the connotation of college teachers' teaching ability and basic components which can improve the education quality. The author thinks that knowledge of traditional Chinese culture and philosophy,the systematization of knowledge and update ability,training students ' autonomous learning ability,teaching design and creative ability,ability to use modern education technology are basic elements of college teachers' teaching ability of TCM.
