摘要
目前高校教学质量评价大多侧重于鉴定功能,没有更好地发挥促进教师专业成长的发展功能。本文以教学质量监控中存在的问题为切入点,提出了构建基于高校教师专业发展的教学质量监控体系构想,并提出了相应措施,以期达到提升学校教学质量和落实人才培养目标。
Colleges and universities teaching quality evaluation is more focused on the identification function, there is no better play to promote the teachers' professional development. The problems existing in the teaching quality monitoring as the breakthrough point, put forward to constructing teaching quality monitoring system based on the college teachers' professional development, and thinking about the building measures, in order to promote the teachers' professional development.
