摘要
随着藏区医疗卫生事业的迅速发展,具有文化、理论、临床等藏医学相关的复合型藏医学人才成为了优先选择,社会对藏医学的人才培养提出了更高的要求。本文以探索适合社会需求的特色藏医学本科人才培养新模式为目的,首先分析了当前国内高校藏医本科人才培养模式的弊端,普遍是在效仿高等院校中医专业,没有充分发挥藏医药文化潜移默化的引导作用,缺乏更多的藏医学特色,因此,将"家传教育"和"寺庙教育"融入目前以"师承-院校"为主的藏医学本科人才培养模式有着迫切的需求;进而结合成都中医药大学民族医药学院的学科基础、师资团队、教学经验等背景优势,讨论新模式实施的内容;提出将"师承-院校-家传-寺庙"新模式推广到高校藏医学专业的培养方案中,以达到培养适合社会需求的藏医药本科人才。
With the rapid development of Tibetan medical and medical cause, all-powerful personnel of Tibetan Medicine with culture, theory and clinical related to Tibetan medicine has become the preferred choice, higher requirements are the put forward to the Tibetan medicine personnel training by society. In this paper, in order to explore the undergraduate talent training mode which suitable demand characteristics of Tibetan medicine in Sichuan Province, it analyzes the colleges domestic and universities undergraduate training mode of Tibetan medicine first, which generally is to follow Chinese professional in colleges,but not fully play the guiding role of Tibetan medicine culture influence character by environment, and lack of characteristics of Tibetan medicine, therefore, it is in urgent to fusion the 'family education' and 'temple education' of the 'apprentice-college education' as the Tibetan medical undergraduate talents training mode; furthermore, it discusses the implementation of the new model combined with the advantage background,such as subject foundation, the teachers team and teaching experience of the Chengdu University of TCM. Last, the new model, 'Apprentice-College-Family-Temple', is expected to extension to other colleges and universities of professional of Tibetan medicine.
