中医专业订单定向生实践教学体系存在的问题分析

Analysis of Problems Existing in the Practical Teaching System of Order-Oriented Students Majoring in Traditional Chinese Medicine

中医定向生的培养是提升基层中医药服务能力的重要工程,对于缓解基层中医人才匮乏具有积极作用。中医学专业实践性强,强调理论和实践的融合。当前中医学实践教学研究深度不够,为探索更符合基层需要的中医学定向专业实践教学体系,通过调查和访谈总结了当前中医专业订单定向生实践教学体系中存在问题。

The cultivation of orientation students of traditional Chinese medicine is an important project to improve the service ability of traditional Chinese medicine at the grass-roots level, which plays a positive role in alleviating the shortage of talents of traditional Chinese medicine at the grass-roots level.The specialty of traditional Chinese medicine has strong practicality and emphasizes the integration of theory and practice.In order to explore the practical teaching system of traditional Chinese medicine oriented specialty which is more suitable for the grassroots needs, the problems in the current practical teaching system of traditional Chinese medicine ordered students are summarized through investigation and interview.
