摘要
当前大学生法治思维状况不容乐观,探究法治思维培育新途径势在必行。校检共建是大学生法治思维培育新思路,其以马克思主义实践观和坚持党的领导为理论根基,遵循社会主义核心价值观的引领,构建大学与检察院共同培育大学生法治思维体系。校检共建下培育大学生法治思维亟待加强师资队伍建设、完善考评系统、注重体验和讲授相结合。
College students legal thinking is not optimistic.Expanding the cultivation of legal thinkking is imperative. Under the vision of the school and procuratorate, legal education base on Marxist view on practice, purpose of socialistic core value system, range of legal content. Then, training of high-quality teachers team, improving the examination system, combing the experience and teaching.are the problems that need to solve.
