地方院校行政管理专业的整合思路建构——基于“三角协调模型”理论分析

摘要 随着社会经济的不断发展,专业革新的要求不断提升,对于构建应用型人才培养模式不断提出新要求,行政管理专业由于其专业性质的特殊性,一直处在一个被动式的改革过程中。基于伯顿·克拉克的三角协调模型,从国家权力、市场、学术权威三种因素整合资源,重新构建新的产教学式的人才培养模式是目前地方院校行政管理专业的迫切需求。 With the continuous development of the social economy, the requirements for professional innovation have been continuously improved. Under the new requirements for construction of applied talents, the administrative management major has always been in a passive reform process because of the special nature of its professional nature. Based on Burton Clark’s triangular coordination model, the integration of resources from the three factors of state power, market, and academic authority, and the reconstruction of a new production-oriented talent training model are currently the urgent needs of local colleges and universities for administrative management.
