血细胞形态学渐进式教学法初探

摘要 目的:探讨"渐进式教学法"在血细胞形态学实践教学中的应用价值,提高血细胞形态学教学效果,增强学生对血细胞形态学的学习兴趣和细胞形态学识别能力。方法:选取本校2013级-2015级医学检验专业学生为研究对象。每个年级随机选50人,平均分为试验组和对照组。对照组采用常规授课方式,试验组用"渐进式教学法",根据教学内容由浅入深分段执行,不同时段采用逐步渗透的方法,综合利用信息化教学平台和开放实验室,以教师为主导、学生为中心,师生课内、课外、线上、线下、开放、互动方式完成课程教学。结果:教学效果调查显示学生对教学内容的理解、对教学方式的满意度、教学流程的参与度以及学生学习兴趣等方面试验组的满意度明显高于对照组,P <0.05。过程考核评价结果显示除了试验报告两组比较无差异外,其余各项过程考核成绩试验组均高于对照组,P <0.05。结论:"渐进式教学法"的应用在加深学生对细胞形态学的理解、学习成就感等提高方面起着重要作用,大大激发和提高学生对细胞形态学学习兴趣,在学生综合能力提高方面效果显著,可以推广使用。 Objective To explore the application value of 'progressive teaching method' in the practical teaching of blood cell morphology, improve the teaching effect of blood cell morphology, and enhance students’ interest in learning blood cell morphology and their ability to recognize cell morphology. Methods 2013 grade-2015 medical laboratory students were selected as the research subjects.Randomly selected 50 people in each grade, divided into experimental group and control group equally. The control group adopted the conventional teaching method, the experimental group used the 'gradual teaching method', according to the teaching content from shallow to deep stages of implementation, different periods of gradual infiltration method, comprehensive use of information-based teaching platform and open laboratory, teacher-led, student-centered, teachers and students in-class, extra-curricular, online, off-line, etc. Open and interactive way to complete the course teaching. Results The teaching effect survey showed that the satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group in terms of students’ understanding of teaching content, satisfaction with teaching methods, participation in teaching process and students’ interest in learning, P < 0.05. The results of process assessment showed that except for the test report, the results of the test group were higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of 'progressive teaching method' plays an important role in deepening students’ understanding of cell morphology and improving their sense of achievement in learning. It can greatly stimulate and enhance students’ interest in cell morphology, and has a significant effect on improving students’ comprehensive ability, and can be popularized and used.
