On the Supply Side Reform Perspective to Build "12344" Medical Students Ideological and Political Work Innovation Model

医学生作为未来医疗卫生事业的中坚力量,肩负着重大的责任。加强和改进医学生的思想政治工作,对于培养卓越医生、推动我国医疗卫生事业发展改革有着重要意义。本文从供给侧结构性改革的视角出发,分析了当前医学生思想政治工作中面临的矛盾,并从"12344"五个方面提出了医学生思想政治工作的创新模式。

As the backbone of future medical and health care, medical students shoulder great responsibilities. To strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of medical students is of great significance to the training of excellent doctors and promoting the development and reform of medical and health services in China. In this paper, starting from the perspective of supply side structural reform, analyzes the current medical students’ ideological and political work in the face of contradictions, and from '12344' five aspects put forward the innovation of the medical students’ ideological and political work mode.
