形神实训模式在推拿专业教学中的实践研究

Practical Study of Body-Spirit Training Mode in Tuina Teaching

目的:观察形神实训模式在推拿专业教学中的作用。方法:16个针灸推拿专业本科教学班随机分为形神实训模式组和传统实训模式组,通过手法技能考核、学生问卷调查及专家评价的方法对两种教学模式进行评价。结果:两组学生手法技能综合评分、手法技能操作水平、手法临床应用能力及学习兴趣等方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与传统实训教学模式比较,形神实训教学模式可明显提高学生的学习兴趣、手法技能水平及手法临床应用能力,为针灸推拿专业教学提供较好的推拿实训教学模式。

Objective:To observe the effect of body-spirit training mode in undergraduate class.Methods:Sixteen undergraduate classes of acupuncture and massage were randomly divided into body-spirit training mode group and traditional training mode group.The effect was evaluated by manipulation skill assessment,questionnaire and expertise.Results:Manipulation skill score and level,clinical application ability and learning interest of two groups showed significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional training mode,body-spirit training mode could improve learning interest,manipulation skill level and clinical application ability.It could be a good training mode for undergraduate students of acupuncture and massage.
