精神育人视域下大学生创新创业能力培养思考

Reflections on the Cultivation of College Students’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability

当前大学生创新创业能力提升存在困境,大学生创新创业意识不强,综合素质不高,团队协作能力较弱,社会实习实践缺乏,社会整体创新创业环境有待改善。因而大学生坚持太行山道路,弘扬太行山精神,有利于推动创新创业。理论与实践相结合,育德与育新相结合,课内和课外相结合,线上与线下相结合,是提高大学生创新创业能力的重要途径。

At present,there is a predicament in the improvement of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability:There are problems in college students’innovation and entrepreneurship awareness;their own quality and comprehensive quality are not high;their teamwork ability is comparatively weak;students’social internship practice is insufficient;the overall social innovation and entrepreneurship environment also needs to be improved.However,college students adhere to the Taihang Mountain Road and promote the spirit of Taihang Mountain,which is conducive to strengthening innovation and entrepreneurship.The combination of theory and practice,ethics and new education,in-class and extra-curricular combination,and on-line and offline combination are important ways to improve college students’ability to innovate and start a business.
