摘要
探索加强藏区'9+3'学生励志教育的基本原则、主要方法及有效途径,激发藏区'9+3'学生学习积极性,不断提高藏区'9+3'学生的学业成绩和综合素质,为藏区社会经济的发展培养更多'用得上、留得住'的实用人才,对确保社会大局稳定和长治久安、经济社会持续健康发展、各族人民群众物质文化生活水平不断提高、全面建成小康社会具有特别重要的意义。
To explore the basic principles,main methods and effective approaches to strengthen the'9+3'students’inspirational education in Tibetan areas,to stimulate the'9+3'students’enthusiasm for learning,to continuously improve their academic achievements and comprehensive qualities,and to train more practical and retainable talents for the social and economic development of Tibetan areas.To ensure social stability and long period of stability,sustained and healthy economic and social development of all ethnic groups,the people’s material and cultural life,and constantly improve the level of comprehensive well-off society has a special significance.
