高校思想政治理论课教师教学能力提升研究综述

A Summary of the Study of Ideological and Political Theory Course Teachers’ Teaching Ability Promotionin College

'05方案'实施以来,学界以高校思想政治理论课教师教学能力提升为主题,主要从构成要素、现状、策略与路径等方面展开研究,重点在学习能力、理论阐释转化能力、道德想象力、实践教学能力、网络技术应用能力及科研能力等方面取得了不少有价值的成果,但也存在宏观层面的研究较多,微观层面的研究较少,特别从关注教师内在成长的角度展开研究的较少。

Since the implementation of'05 program',the academic community took the ideological and political theory course teachers’teaching ability as the theme,mainlyresearched from the constituent elements,the present situation,the strategy and the path,etc.achieved many valuable results,such as learning ability,the theory explanation transformation ability,the moral imagination,the practical teaching ability,the network technology application ability and the scientific research ability and so on.But there were insufficient,for examplemacro-level studies,micro-level studies of less,especially from the perspective of teachers’internal growth.
