摘要
2010年国家发布并实施了《全国主体功能区规划》,高教理论界和高校实务界并没有认识到这一具有战略性、基础性、约束性的国土空间开发规划对我国高等教育发展的战略指导意义。主体功能区概念的提出,为区域高等教育结构调整,地方高校特色发展战略抉择提供了参考依据。丽水学院通过主动对接主体功能区办学,重组二级学院,优化学科专业结构,有力地促进了学校转型升级与跨越发展,提升了整体办学水平。
In 2010,China issued and implemented the National Main Function Area Plan.The workers by theory and practice of higher education did not realize the significance of this strategic,basic and restrictive land space development planning for the development of higher education in China.The concept of the main functional area provides a reference for the structural adjustment of regional higher education and the strategic choice of the development of local universities.Lishui university adjust to join the main functional areas,it has reorganized the secondary colleges and optimized the professional structure of the discipline,it has effectively promoted the transformation of upgrading and leaping development and improved the overall level of running universities.
