我国体育行业国家职业资格培训发展对策

Development strategies of national vocational qualification training in Chinese sports industry

运用文献资料法、访谈法,实地考察法、数理统计法等方法,从我国体育行业国家职业资格培训的影响因素入手,针对目前我国体育行业国家职业资格培训存在的培训市场的依法管理不完善、缺乏必要的监督和规划、学员对其认知度不高、培训基地在局限性、培训形式缺乏多样性与针对性等问题,提出了我国体育行业国家职业资格培训应加强监管、扩大宣传、提高培训学员的学习动机、培训基地应采用"引进来,走出去"相结合的培训方式从而突破培训基地的局限性、增强培训形式的多样性,满足培训对象的学习需求等相应对策。

With the methods of literature, interview, field investigation and mathematical statistics, this paper begins with the influence factors of the national vocational qualification training in the sports industry of our country, and aims at the problems in national vocational qualification training in the sports industry of our country： the management of the national vocational qualification training market of the sports industry is imperfect and lacks the necessary supervision and planning, and students have low awareness, limitations of training bases, lack of diversity and pertinence of training forms, and so on. The corresponding countermeasures of national vocational qualification training in Chinese sports industry are put forward： strengthening supervision, expanding propaganda and improving the learning motivation of trainees; the training base adopts the training mode of ＂introducing and going out＂, breaking through the limitation of the training base, enhancing the diversity of training form and meeting the demand of the training object.
