暖通自吸泵载荷有限元分析

摘要 暖通自吸泵具有自吸能力强、使用要求低和效率高等等一系列优点,因此在农业应用十分广泛,但暖通自吸泵在自然条件下长期受载容易变形,大大影响自吸泵的使用寿命,本文通过Simulation软件对暖通自吸泵三维模型进行有限元分析,分析暖通自吸泵在自然条件下的载荷承受能力,为后续进一步地改善暖通自吸泵提供一定的理论依据。通过研究发现泵所受大应力、应变也发生在泵底部支撑板块和泵壳连接的地方,泵的出口处位移变化最明显,且改变进口法兰上的载荷比改变出口法兰上的载荷,其应力、位移、应变变化更明显。 The agricultural self-priming pump has a series of advantages such as strong self-priming ability, low requirements for use, high efficiency. So it is widely used in agriculture. However, the agricultural self-priming pump is easily deformed under long-term load under natural conditions, which greatly affects the service life of the self-priming pump. Through commerical software, the finite element analysis of three-dimensional model of agricultural self-priming pump are carried out to analyze the load bearing capacity of the agricultural self-priming pump under natural conditions, which provides a theoretical basis for further improving the agricultural self-priming pump. Through research, it is found that the large stress and strain of the pump also occur at the bottom of the pump supporting plate and the pump casing. The displacement change at the outlet of the pump is the most obvious, and the load on the inlet flange changes the load on the outlet flange, and the stress, displacement, and strain changes are more obvious.
