Design of Thickness of Clothing Material for High Temperature Operation

摘要 在高温环境下工作时为了避免灼伤,人们需要穿着专用的高温作业服装。作业服装通常由三层织物材料构成,第Ⅲ层织物材料与皮肤之间的空隙层为第Ⅳ层。利用假人进行实验,通过测量假人皮肤外侧的温度从而设计该服装各层材料的厚度。基于此,利用差分方程和二分法来求解高温作业服装Ⅱ层和Ⅳ层最优厚度的设计。 In order to avoid burns, people need to wear special high-temperature clothing when working in high temperature environment. Workwear usually consists of three layers of fabric material. The third layer of fabric material is the fourth layer of the gap between the skin and the third layer of fabric material. Using the dummy to carry out experiments, the thickness of the material of each layer of the clothing was designed by measuring the temperature of the outer skin of the dummy. Based on this, the difference equation and dichotomy method are used to solve the optimal thickness design of the second and fourth layers of clothing for high temperature operation.
