摘要
以方形的三维沟槽探测器结构为研究对象,通过对器件的仿真,模拟探测器在不同辐照下的漏电流电学特性.
In this paper, the structure of the square three-dimensional groove detector is taken as the research object. Through the simulation of the device, the leakage current electrical characteristics of the detector under different radiation are simulated.
