摘要
商业模式由各种要素和一系列关系构成。互联网时代商业模式的构成要素融入了更多互联网的元素,并驱动商业模式的变化,表现在:企业重视创造客户新价值、大数据实现目标市场精细化、移动客户端成为重要分销渠道、注重互动的新型客户关系、技术成为商业模式的核心要素、盈利模式第三方化等。随着新零售时代的到来,未来的商业模式及其构成要素将呈现出新的发展趋势:重视非物质价值、价值配置社会化、盈利模式多元化、技术驱动的智能商业、消费者参与价值创造、协同化的商业生态系统。
The business model consists of various elements and a series of relationships. In the Internet age, the business model incorporates more Internet elements, which drive changes in business models in the following aspects: enterprises pay attention to create new value of customers; Big Data makes the target market more sophisticated; mobile clients become an important distribution channel; interaction gets more attention in customer relationships; technology becomes the core element of the business model; the profit model becomes third-party. With the arrival of the new retail era, the future business model and its elements will show a new trend of development including emphasis on non-material values, socialization of value allocation, diversification of profit models, technology-driven smart commerce, consumer participation in value creation, and collaborative business ecosystem.
