摘要
荞麦是一种药食两用作物,具有丰富的生物活性成分,特别是优良的荞麦蛋白肽资源。本文综述了荞麦生物活性肽的研究进展,内容涉及荞麦中胰蛋白酶抑制剂、抗菌肽,以及荞麦蛋白质在高胆固醇和肥胖治疗、降血糖、降血压、抗癌方面的作用。
Buckwheat is a kind of medicinal and food crop, and it has abundant bioactive components, especially excellent protein peptide resources. This paper reviews the research progress in buckwheat bioactive peptides, including the trypsin inhibitors and antimicrobial peptides in buckwheat, and the functions of buckwheat protein peptides in hypercholesterolemia and obesity treatment, blood-glucose reduction, blood-pressure reduction, and anticancer.
