护士灾害准备度研究现状的探讨与分析

Analysis of the research status of nurses' disaster preparedness

护士作为医疗灾害救援中的一员,是灾害的重要应对者且在灾害救援中起着至关重要的作用,其灾害护理能力的强弱直接关系到灾害救援水平。本文介绍了四种灾害准备度常用测评工具,分析护士灾害准备度的影响因素及其现状,并提出提升灾害准备度的建议,以期对我国护士灾害护理能力的培养和提升提供理论依据。

As part of the medical disaster rescue, nurses are important responders to disasters, and their disaster nursing competencies are directly associated with disaster rescue potentiality. This paper lists 4 common evaluation tools for disaster preparedness, analyzes the influencing factors and status of nurses＇ disaster preparedness, and proposes the measures for improving disaster preparedness, aiming to provide theoretical basis for the cultivation and improvement of nurses＇ disaster nursing ability in China.
