摘要
选取2种炭黑材料,通过电镜扫描、粒径分析、比表面积测定等方式进行物理特性的表征。设计了几种添加量方案,来验证不同炭黑及其添加量对铅酸蓄电池20小时率容量、低温起动、充电接受、循环寿命等性能的影响。实验结果表明:较高比表面积的炭黑材料对电池的充电接受、17.5%DOD循环寿命有明显改善作用。
Two kinds of carbon black were characterized by SEM, particle size analysis and specifc surface area test. The effects of the content of carbon black on the 20 h rate capacity, cold cranking performance, charge acceptance and cycle life of lead-acid battery were verifed by designing several additive amount plans. The results showed that the carbon black with higher specifc surface area could improve the performance of charge acceptance and 17.5 % DOD cycle life of the lead-acid battery.
