摘要
针对退役后的动力电池组,进行智能拆解,并将拆解后的电池单体破碎,实现电池内部物料的分离,然后通过低温热解无污化处理碎料中的有机成分,再通过不同的技术路线进行不同物料的归集。采用此智能拆解破碎与物料归集工艺可提高电池物料的分选效率,提高正负极粉的回收率。采用该套工艺和装备,可实现铜、铝的回收率≥95%,正、负极粉的回收率≥98%。
The internal materials of the used power batteries are separated by intelligently disassembling the used power batteries and breaking the disassembled cell monomers. The organic components in the debris are treated by low temperature pyrolysis. Then the different materials are collected through different technical routes. The main purpose of this intelligent dismantling, fragmentation and material collection technology is to improve the sorting efficiency of battery materials and to increase the recovery rate of positive and negative powder. The results show that the recovery rate of copper or aluminum is 95 % and the recovery rate of positive or negative powder is 98 %.
