阀控式铅蓄电池的结构设计与槽盖封合

摘要 采用将密封胶槽换位的方法,改变电池槽盖结构,改变槽盖封合工艺,使蓄电池装配时间节约1.6 h左右,生产效率提高约28.6%,能耗节约30%。同时,将单体间的连接方式采用穿壁焊接,使铅零件材料用量节约44.6%左右,环氧树脂密封胶用量节约72%左右。 By changing the structures of the container and the cover, the process of sealing the container with the cover is changed by adopting the method of exchanging the position of the sealing glue tank. The assembly time of the lead-acid battery is saved by about 1.6 h, the production effciency is increased by about 28.6 % and the energy consumption is saved by about 30 %. At the same time, the connection among the cells is adopted the method of through the partition welding, so that the consumption of material of the lead parts and the epoxy sealant is saved by about 44.6 % and 72 % respectively.
