本文以新加坡华文教学为例,讨论了华文教学的四个问题：（1）多样性和复杂性问题;（2）人文性和工具性问题;（3）规范化和本地化问题;（4）教学理念和方法的与时俱进。

Chinese teaching in Singapore as an example,the paper discusses four issues in teaching Chinese to overseas-Chinese,（ a） the diversity and complexity of its nature,（ b） focusing on culture or focusing on communication,（ c） the normalization and localization of Chinese in different areas over the world,and（ d） the reform of Chinese teaching approaches and methods.
