摘要
随着《普通高中思想政治课程标准(2017年版)》的公布和实施,"议题"和"议题式教学"成为教师们热议的话题,开发合适的教学议题是当前推动高中思想政治课程改革的当务之急。从教学议题开发的必要性入手,着重探讨议题开发应遵循的五项原则:坚持正确的政治方向,坚持以学生为中心,坚持服务于课程内容,坚持贴近生活、贴近实际,坚持联系并彰显地方特色。提出议题开发的四个策略:调动多元主体参与议题开发,立足学科教材开发教学议题,在学科交叉融合中开发教学议题,在社会热点和价值冲突中开发教学议题。指出议题开发应注意的三个问题是:具有可议性、体现可控性、注重生成性。
With the publication and implementation of Standards for Ideological and Political Course in Ordinary Senior High Schools (2017 Edition), the topic and "topic-based teaching" have become hot topics for teachers. The author believes that the development of appropriate teaching topics is a top priority for the current ideological and political course in senior high schools. Starting from the necessity of teaching topic development, this paper emphatically probes into the five principles that should follow topic development: adhering to the correct political direction, adhering to student-centered teaching, adhering to the course content, adhering to the practice, and adhering to local characteristics. This paper discusses four strategies for topic development: mobilizing multiple subjects to participate in topic development, developing teaching topics based on subject teaching materials, developing teaching topics in cross-disciplinary integration, and developing teaching topics in social hot spots and value conflicts. At the same time, it points out that three points should be paid attention to in the development of the topic, which are negotiable, controllable and generated.
