壮药蔓九节研究概况

A survey of Psychotria Serpens L. of the Zhuang medicine

蔓九节（Psychotria serpens L．）又名穿根藤，是广西壮族民间常用草药，具有舒筋活络、壮筋骨、祛风止痛、凉血消肿等功效，在广东大部分地区作络石藤使用，又称为“广东络石藤”。目前国内外对蔓九节研究较少，且比较分散，本篇通过对壮药蔓九节的形态特征、生理功能与特性、易混品辨析、化学成分与药理活性、前景展望等五个方面对蔓九节进行综述，为蔓九节的开发利用与，临床药用研究提供科学依据及参考资料。

Psychotria Serpens L. also called Trachelospermi jasminoides, is the common herbal medicine of Guangxi Zhuang people. It has the efficacy of relaxing and activating collaterals, strong muscles and muscles, dispelling wind and relieving pain, cooling blood and eliminating swelling and so on. It is used in most areas of Guangdong as stone rattan, also called ＂Guangdong collaterals Ishi To＂. At present, there are few studies on Psychotria serpens L. at home and abroad, and they are relatively scattered. This article reviews Psychotria serpens L. through five aspects, such as morphological characteristics, physiological functions and characteristics, identification of mixed products, chemical composition and pharmacologi development and utilization of ca1 activity, prospect and so on, and provides a scientific basis for the Psychotria serpens L. and clinical medicinal research.
