摘要
目的:建立瑶药水灯盏的质量标准。方法:采用生药学和薄层色谱法对其进行研究,测定水分、灰分和浸出物的含量。结果:对水灯盏的性状、显微特征进行了描述;对10批样品进行了薄层色谱鉴别;对总木脂素的含量进行了测定。实验结果得出水分不得过15.0%,总灰分不得过5.0%,酸不溶性灰分不得过1.0%,95%乙醇浸出物不得少于11.0%。结论:较全面考察了水灯盏的各项质量指标,能有效评价水灯盏的质量。
Objective: To establish the quality standards for Yao. Methods: Kadsurae Oblongifoliae Radix et Caulis. Methods The pharmacognostics and thin layer chromatography (TLC) were used. The content of the moisture, the ash and the extracts were analyzed. Results: The character, microscopic characteristic and TLC identification of Kadsurae Oblongifoliae Radix et Caulis were reported. Water content should be not more than 15.0%, total ash not more than 5.0%, acid insoluble ash should not more than 1.0% and ethanol extract not less than 11.0%. Conclusion: The results were suitable for the quality control of Kadsurae Oblongifoliae Radix et Caulis.
