基于思维导图的护理干预对老年科高血压病患者自我管理能力的影响

Effect of nursing intervention based on mind mapping on self-management ability of patients with hypertension in geriatrics

目的探讨基于思维导图的护理对老年科高血压病患者自我管理能力及生活质量(QOL)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分的影响。方法选择2017年1月至2018年4月我院收治的老年高血压病患者92例为研究对象。将患者随机等分成研究组和对照组。对照组予以常规护理干预,研究组在对照组的基础上予以基于思维导图的护理。比较两组患者护理前后自我管理能力、收缩压与舒张压水平、QOL及HAMA评分、并发症发生情况。结果护理后研究组就医依从率、服药按时率均高于对照组,收缩压、舒张压均低于对照组(P <0. 05),QOL评分高于对照组(P <0. 05),HAMA评分低于对照组(P <0. 05);并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论基于思维导图的护理可显著提高老年科高血压病患者自我管理能力,同时改善生活质量与心理状况,降低并发症发生风险,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention based on mind mapping on self- management ability, quality of life （QOL） and Hamilton anxiety scale（HAMA） scores of patients with hypertension in geriatrics. Methods To compare the status of self- management ability, systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels, QOL and HAMA scores, and incidence of complications, 92 cases of elderly hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from Januax7 2017 to April 2018 were observed, and were randomly divided into study group and control group with equal members. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the study group received mind - mapping - based nursing on the basis of the control group. Results The compliance rate of hospitalization and that of the on - time medication taking in the study group were generally higher than those in the control group, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were lower than the control group（P 〈 0.05 ）, and the QOL score was higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The HAMA score in the study group was lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and the incidence of complications was lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The application of mind - mapping - based nursing could effectively improve he self - management ability of elderly patients with hypertension as well as their quality of life and psychological status, and reduce the risk of complications ,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application
