摘要
目的探讨非营养性吸吮缓解早产儿桡动脉采血疼痛的效果。方法选取2015年1月至2016年12月在我院住院的早产儿68例,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用头皮针桡动脉采血,观察组在此基础上配合非营养性吸吮进行干预,比较两组早产儿新生儿急性疼痛行为评分量表(DNA)、一次采血成功率、操作时间。结果观察组早产儿各项指标DNA评分显著低于对照组(P <0. 05),观察组早产儿一次性采血成功率显著高于对照组(P <0. 05),观察组早产儿操作时间显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论头皮针桡动脉采血配合非营养性吸吮能够有效缓解早产儿桡动脉采血疼痛,且大大提高一次性采血成功率,明显缩短操作时间。
Objective To explore the effect of effect of non - nutritive sucking on relieving pain of radial artelT blood collection in premature infants. Methods To compare the acute pain behavior scale of neonate ( DNA), success rate of one - time blood collection and operation time, 68 cases of prema- ture infants admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were observed, and were randomly divided into study group and control group with equal members. The control group was treated with scalp needle radial artery blood collection, while the study group was trearted with non - nutritive suck- ing intervention on the basis of the control group. Results The DNA scores of the indicators in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P 〈 0.05 ). The success rate of one - time blood collection in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05). The operation time in the study group was significantly less than that in the control group(P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The blood collection of scalp axillaxy artery combined with non - nutritive sucking could effectively alleviate the pain of blood collection in the radial artery of premature infants, and greatly improved the success rate of one - time blood collection and significantly shortened the operation time.
