循证护理模式对结直肠癌行腹腔镜根治术围手术期患者负面心理与并发症的影响

Effect of evidence-based nursing mode on the incidence of negative emotion and complications in perioperative patients undergoing laparoscopic radical surgery for colorectal cancer

目的探讨循证护理对结直肠癌行腹腔镜根治术围手术期患者负面心理及并发症发生率的影响。方法选取我院2017年1月至2018年1月收治的结直肠癌行腹腔镜根治术患者92例,将其随机等分为研究组和对照组,对照组患者给予常规护理,研究组患者给予循证护理,比较两组患者心理状态及并发症发生率。结果干预后,研究组患者SAS,SDS评分均低于对照组(P <0. 05),并发症发生率也低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论对结直肠癌行腹腔镜根治术围术期患者给予循证护理可有效改善患者心理状态,降低患者并发症发生率,提高患者预后效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of evidence - based nursing mode on the negative emotion and incidence of complications in perioperative patients undergoing laparoscopic radical surgery for colorectal cancer. Methods To select 92 cases of patients with colorectal cancer who underwent laparo- scopic radical surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 as research subjects, and they were divided into study group and control group ran- domly. Patients in the control group received routine nursing, while patients in the study group received evidence - based nursing. The psychological status and complication rate of the two groups of patients were compared. Results After the intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Evidence - based nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection for colorectal cancer can improve the patient＇s psychological state effectively. Meanwhile, it can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the prognosis of patients.
