综合保温护理对经尿道前列腺电切术患者麻醉后生命体征波动和寒战发生程度的影响

Effect of comprehensive thermal insulation nursing on fluctuation of vital signs and degree of chill after anesthesia in transurethral resection of prostate patients

目的探讨综合保温护理对经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)患者麻醉后生命体征波动和寒战发生程度的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2018年8月我院收治的60例择期行TURP患者为研究对象,根据患者入院顺序将其等分为研究组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施综合保温护理,对比两组患者麻醉后生命体征波动幅度和寒战发生程度。结果研究组患者麻醉后生命体征中平均动脉压、心率、呼吸、血氧饱和度及肛温的波动幅度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);研究组患者寒战发生程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论综合保温护理可有效稳定TURP患者麻醉后生命体征,控制寒战级别,提高患者术中麻醉的安全性和有效性,具有临床研究价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive thermal insulation nursing on fluctuation of vital signs and degree of chill after anesthesia in transurethral resection of prostate（TURP） patients. Methods To compare the fluctuation of vital signs and the degree of chill after anesthesia, 60 cases of selected TURP patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to August 2018 were observed, and equally divided into study group and control group in accordance with time of hospital admission. The control group received routine nursing, while the study group received comprehensive thermal insulation nursing. Results The fluctuation of mean arterial pressure, heart rate, respiration, oxygen saturation and anal temperature in the vital signs of the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. The degree of chills in the study group was less than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of comprehensive thermal insulation nursing could effectively stabilize the vital signs of TURP patients after anesthesia, control the level of chills, improved the safety and ef- fectiveness of intraoperative anesthesia in patients which had clinical research value.
