PDCA循环管理干预对手术室护士下肢深静脉血栓认知度与预防行为的影响

Effect of PDCA cycle management intervention on cognition and prevention behavior of deep vein thrombosis in lower limbs of operating room nurses

目的探讨PDCA循环管理干预对手术室护士下肢深静脉血栓认知程度及预防行为的影响。方法选取2016年6月至2018年1月38名手术室护理人员为研究对象,依据随机分配的原则将其等分为对照组和观察组。对照组进行常规管理干预,观察组则进行PDCA循环管理,比较两组护理人员管理干预前后的下肢深静脉血栓认知程度及预防行为评分、患者血栓发生率及对管理干预的满意度。结果管理干预前两组护理人员的下肢深静脉血栓认知程度及预防行为评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05),管理干预后观察组上述结果优于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组患者血栓发生情况及护理人员对管理干预的满意度均优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论 PDCA循环管理干预可有效改善手术室护士下肢深静脉血栓认知程度及预防行为,对患者血栓的防控效果更好,更受患者认可。

Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle management intervention on cognition and prevention behavior of deep vein thrombosis in lower limbs of operating room nurses. Methods To compare the scores of cognition and prevention behavior of deep vein thrombosis in lower limbs before and after management intervention, incidence of thrombosis and satisfaction of management intervention of patients, 38 operating room murses from June 2016 to January 2018 were included, and were equally divided into control group and study group in accordance with the principle of random distribution. The control group underwent routine management intervention, while the study group underwent PDCA cycle management. Results Before management intervention, the difference of scores in the cognitive level and prevention behavior of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis between the two groups was not statistically significant（ P 〉 0.05 ）. After management intervention, the above results of the study group were better than the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of thrombosis and the satisfaction of the nusing staff on the management intervention in the study group were better than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion PDCA cycle management intervention could effectively improve the cognitive level and prevention behavior of deep vein thrombosis in lower limbs of operating room nurses, and had better prevention and control effect on patients with thrombosis, which was acceptable by patients.
