摘要
目的探讨反馈式健康教育对脑卒中恢复期患者依从性和自我管理能力的影响。方法选取我院2017年1月至2018年1月收治的96例脑卒中恢复期患者作为调查对象,将其随机等分为研究组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予反馈式健康教育护理,比较两组患者功能锻炼依从性及自我管理能力。结果研究组功能锻炼依从性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);研究组患者用药管理、饮食管理、疾病管理、情绪管理、生活管理、康复锻炼管理及社会和人际管理各维度评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论脑卒中恢复期患者主要为提升患者自我管理能力,而较好的功能锻炼依从性有助于各项能力的恢复,值得临床大力推广。
Objective To explore the effect of feedback health education on patients’ compliance and self-management ability during stroke recovery.Methods To compare functional exercise compliance and self-management ability,96 cases of stroke convalescent patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were observed,and were randomly divided into study group and control group with equal members. The control group adopted the routine nursing,while the study group adopted the feedback health education nursing. Results The functional exercise compliance of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant. In the study group( P < 0. 05). The scores of medication management,diet management,disease management,emotional management,life management,rehabilitation exercise management,and social and interpersonal management of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Stroke convalescent patients were mainly to improve their self management ability,and better functional exercise compliance could help to restore various abilities,it’s worthy of wide clinical popularization.
