摘要 用于检测的偏振光中包含被测样品丰富的微观信息。细胞发生病变时,细胞结构发生变化,正常细胞与病变细胞对相同的偏振光有不同影响,通过偏振成像获取变化了的偏振特性可以进一步区分正常细胞和病变细胞。设计了一套采集前向散射偏振图像的Mueller矩阵显微成像系统,使用该系统采集了人体正常肝细胞和肝癌细胞的偏振图像。对经Matlab处理得到的Mueller矩阵图像数据进行Mueller矩阵变换,可以得到具有一定物理意义的相关参数。以肝细胞为例,采用上述方法,分析了正常细胞和病变细胞对应参数的差异性,实验结果为进一步研究癌症的早期检测和诊断方法提供了理论依据。 There was abundant microscopic information of the tested samples in Polarized light used for testing. The cell structure would change when a cell was abnormal;there are different effects between normal cells and diseased cells on the same polarized light,and the polarization characteristics obtained by polarization imaging can be used to distinguish the diseased cells from normal ones. A set of Mueller matrix microscopy imaging system for collecting forward-scattered polarization images was designed. The system was used to collect the polarization images of human normal liver cell and liver cancer cells. Mueller matrix transformation is used for Mueller matrix image data obtained by Matlab,and relevant parameters with certain physical significance can be obtained. Liver cells as an example,the differences between the corresponding parameters of normal cells and diseased cells were analyzed. The experimental results provide a theoretical basis for further research on early detection and diagnosis of cancer.
