百草枯致SD大鼠中毒生理研究

摘要 百草枯对人毒性极大,且无特效解毒药,因误服百草枯而致人死亡的案例屡见不鲜。探究百草枯中毒致大鼠血液及内脏组织的损伤,可以为临床误服百草枯患者的治疗方案有所借鉴。通过大鼠连续灌胃1.0、0.5、0.1mg不同剂量的百草枯溶液一周。取大鼠的血液测定血常规、肺、肾、肝、脾组织进行凋亡染色比较分析大鼠脏器损伤情况。实验组大鼠反应迟钝,进食减少。血常规检测提示大鼠血液白细胞数、淋巴细胞数等指标发生明显变化。凋亡检测发现肺、肾、肝、脾组织都不同程度的出现凋亡情况,且百草枯对大鼠在毫克级别就能够造成不可逆的生理性损伤,尤其肺内损伤最为严重。 Paractuat is extremely toxic to humans and there are no specific antidotes. It is harmful to human without therapeutic drug and deaths usually were caused by paractuat. To explore the damage of blood and viscera tissues has a great significance in treatment by mistake eating. Rats were continuously gavaged with intragastric administration with 1.0, 0.5, and 0.1 mg paraquat solutions for one week. Rats' blood was taken to blood routine examination, lung, kidney, liver and spleen tissues for apoptosis staining. Rats in the experimental group had the appearance of being lacked of alertness and reduce of food. Blood routine showed there was a great change in the number of leukocytes and lyre phocytes. Viscera tissues showed there were apoptosis signals in lung, kidney, liver and spleen in apoptosis staining test. Paraquat can cause irreversible physiological damage at millinormal levels, especially the injury of lung tissue is most seriously.
