小半径曲线段钢轨短波波磨的影响因素分析 被引量:12

摘要 钢轨短波波磨主要出现在地铁小半径曲线路段上,波长范围一般为20 mm~100 mm,是铁路行业面临的一个比较普遍的问题。通过锤击法对某地铁曲线段线路的GJ-32扣件、先锋扣件与科隆蛋扣件进行了垂向、横向频率响应特性测试,同时利用CAT波磨测试仪测试曲线段的波磨,对小半径曲线段钢轨短波波磨进行研究。通过现场调查和测试得出如下结论:先锋扣件轨道结构形式下钢轨的横向551 Hz"pinned-pinned"共振频率是导致小半径曲线段钢轨出现波长为20 mm左右的短波波磨的一个重要原因;不同扣件结构形式下钢轨的垂向弯曲共振不是小半径曲线段钢轨出现波磨的主要原因。 Rail shortwave corrugation mainly appears on small radius curved sections. Its wavelength is generally ranged in 20 mm-100 mm. This is a common problem that the railway industry is facing. In this paper, the longitudinal and horizontal frequency response characteristics of GJ-32 fastener, vanguard fastener and cologne-egg fastener axe tested by the hammering method. At the same time, the corrugation of the curved section is tested by CAT. Through field investigation and test, it is concluded that (1) The short-wave corrugation with the wavelength of 20 mm is caused by 551 Hz transverse "pinned-pinned" resonant frequency of the rail with vanguard fastener structure; (2) The longitudinal bending resonance of the rail with different fastener structures on the small radius curved section is not the main reason for the rail corrugation.
