摘要
目的探讨利用微信随访对中青年心肌梗死患者自我管理行为和生活质量影响的研究。方法选取2015年12月—2016年12月期间符合纳入标准的中青年心肌梗死患者共计50例,按单月出院为对照组,双月出院为研究组,各25例,对照组按常规护理管理模式进行,研究组按微信随访的自我管理模式进行,比较两组患者的自我管理行为和生活质量。结果干预后,研究组患者自我管理行为和生活质量评分明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中青年心肌梗死患者中通过微信建立自我管理的平台对提升患者的自我管理行为和生活质量具有积极意义。
Objective To investigate the effects of WeChat follow-up on self-management behavior and quality of life inyoung and middle-aged patients with myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 50 young and middle-aged patients withmyocardial infarction who met the inclusion criteria from December 2015 to December 2016 were enrolled. The patientswere discharged from the hospital as a control group, and discharged in two months as a study group, 25 patients in eachgroup. The routine nursing model was conducted in the control group. The study group was conducted according to the self-management mode of WeChat follow-up, and the self-management behavior and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the self-management behavior and quality of life scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The establishment of self-management platform through WeChat in young and middle-aged patients with myocardial infarction haspositive significance for improving patients' self-management behavior and quality of life.
