分析优化护理管理对甲状腺切除术患者应激反应及并发症的影响

Analysis of the Effect of Nursing Management on Stress Response and Complications in Patients Undergoing Thyroidectomy

目的分析优化护理管理对甲状腺切除术患者应激反应及并发症的影响。方法选取该院收治的甲状腺切除术患者60例为对象进行研究,将其随机分为两组,各30例。观察组采取常规护理措施,在此基础上观察组采取优化护理管理。比较两组护理前后HR、SDS评分、SAS评分等变化水平、并发症以及护理满意度等。结果两组护理前HR、SDS评分、SAS评分等对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而护理后观察组HR、SDS评分、SAS评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症率3.33%显著低于对照组20.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=13.484 2,P=0.000)。观察组满意度96.67%显著高于对照组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=13.484 2,P=0.000)。结论优化护理管理对甲状腺切除术患者具有积极影响,既能显著减轻患者应激反应,还能减少各种并发症,并能提升其满意度,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of optimal nursing management on stress response and complications in patientsundergoing thyroidectomy. Methods Sixty patients with thyroidectomy admitted to the hospital were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases each. The control group took routine nursing measures, and on thisbasis, the observation group adopted optimized nursing management. The changes of HR, SDS score, SAS score and othercomplications and nursing satisfaction were compared before and after treatment. Results There were no significant differences in pre-treatment HR, SDS scores, and SAS scores between the two groups,was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）.The HR, SDS scores, and SAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,wasstatistically significant （P〈0.05）. The complication rate of the observation group was 3.33%, which was significantly lowerthan that of the control group （20.00%）. The difference was statistically significant（χ^2=13.484 2,P=0.000）. The satisfactionof the observation group was 96.67% significantly higher than that of the control group （80.00%）,the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=13.484 2,P=0.000）. Conclusion Optimized nursing management has a positive impact on patients withthyroidectomy. It can significantly reduce the stress response of patients, reduce various complications, and improve theirsatisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
