风险管理在呼吸内科护理管理中的应用研究

Application Research of Risk Management in Respiratory Medicine Nursing Management

目的对呼吸内科护理管理中开展风险管理的作用及效果进行探析。方法对该院呼吸内科护理管理情况进行回顾性分析,2016年度实施常规护理管理,2017年度开展风险管理,对比分析两年度内科护理质量,并掌握护理风险事件率。结果 2017年度科室护理质量整体评分显著高于2016年度;两年度护理风险事件发生率方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在呼吸内科护理中开展风险管理,有助于持续改善科室护理质量,提高护理安全性,临床意义重大。

Objective To explore the role and effect of risk management in respiratory medicine nursing management. Methods Retrospective analysis of the nursing management of respiratory medicine in the hospital, implementation of routine nursing management in 2016, risk management in 2017, comparative analyzing the quality of medical care in the two years, and mastering the risk of nursing risk. Results The overall score of departmental nursing quality in 2017 was significantly higher than that of 2016; the difference in the incidence of nursing risk events in the two years was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Risk management in respiratory medicine nursing can help to improve the quality of departmental care and improve the safety of nursing. It is of great clinical significance.
