人性化管理模式应用于耳鼻喉科护理管理中的效果观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨在耳鼻喉科开展的护理管理中施予人性化管理模式的价值及效果。方法回顾性分析该院耳鼻喉科2015年4月—2018年6月收治的122例患者的资料,将接受常规护理的61例作为A组,另外接受人性化管理模式的61例作为B组,观察比较其结果。结果 B组患者的住院花费、住院时间、总体满意率、疼痛感好于A组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对耳鼻喉科中的患者施予人性化管理模式后,不但能够舒缓患者产生的疼痛感,构建优良的医患关系,还可以减短患者住院所需的时间,值得全方位推行与运用。 Objective To explore the value and effect of humanized management mode in the management of otolaryngology. Methods A retrospective analysis of 122 patients admitted to the hospital from otolaryngology in April 2015 to June 2018, 61 patients receiving routine care as group A, and 61 patients receiving humanized management model as group B, observe and compare the results. Results The hospitalization cost, hospitalization time, overall satisfaction rate, and pain of patients in group B were better than those in group A,the different was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion After giving humanized management mode to patients in otolaryngology, it can not only relieve the pain caused by patients, build excellent doctor-patient relationship, but also shorten the time required for patients to be hospitalized, which is worthy of promotion and application.
